The Primordial Dragons are an extremely powerful race of beings in the Doctor Who Expansion, only a tier below the Guardians themselves. They may be encountered by players, but anyone meeting such a being will walk away a different person, if they do so at all.
To be used with the GM's discretion. They are most likely to be found in the Death Zone.
