The Krotons are a playable crystalline species in the Doctor Who Expansion, united as the Kroton Absolute. They evolved from predatory tellurium crystals that mimicked a human robot and gained sapience.

Abilities[]

The crystalline shell of a Kroton gives it 80% armour against conventional (excluding chem) damage, 50% armour against heat damage, 90% armour against electric damage, and 10% armour against exotic damage. However, they take double damage from (chem) attacks.

If a Kroton makes a biological enemy unconscious, it can drain their neural energy and regain 50 hp. This also kills the victim.

Krotons do not suffer from conditions.
