The Shrew is, despite her name, usually a fairly charming person when first meeting people--the moniker of "The Shrew" was given to her by Gallifreyan authorities due to her habit of verbally bashing her captors from inside her cell. She has since chosen to keep the nickname, though she usually goes by pseudonyms away from home.
Biography[]
The Shrew is currently in her first incarnation, and is three hundred and seventeen years old. A couple of centuries ago she was arrested for stealing a pocket universe and using it to spawn a near-infinite ammount of psionic energy for sale on distant worlds. She was imprisoned for the duration of her incarnation for this crime.
In the original timeline, where the Time Lock remained fully sealed, she failed to escape and was died with the rest of her race in the final battle of the Time War. But with the Time Lock's breaching, she was able to escape using a stolen TARDIS.
